This house is the modern interpretation of the former existing home on this site. Several features were transformed from the old abandoned building showcasing the interpretation at the new one.
It reflects the typical settlement homes in this area and inserts very well.

The building is made out of bricks in terms of durability and climatic conditions.
The outer appearance is dominated by thick plastering named *Rieselwurf* in German and is very typical to
Houses in this neighbourhood as well for old farmhouses in Austria.
The Organisation of the floor plans is typical – living in groundfloors, sleeping in first floor.

Old Techniques in combination with clear architectural concepts serve very well for modern homes like this one.
