LIVING LAB is building prototype ya to enhance new ways of utilization and construction. Built with the higher levels of prefabrication and optimization both in its construction and its future life. The materials have a very low carbon footprint, and it is rapidly assembled and/or dis-assembled. Its energy behaviour is optimal to become even net positive. With its spatial configuration, the prototype fosters a creative utilization while becoming a fully monitored testing ground for architecture development and facade strategies.

Construcció de 57 habitatges amb Protecció Oficial de lloguer i 57 places d’aparcament.
Els habitatges s’organitzen com un sistema de configuració flexible a partir d’un conjunt d’habitacions polivalents creuades, de superfície mínima de10 m2.
