Large residential building located in a prominent place in the emblematic Joao XXI Avenue, a fundamental axis in the center of Lisbon.
Based on a sober concrete grid, the complex is energized by the alternating openings, the golden tones of the cladding and the broken line of the building itself. The One is a project with a profound urban vocation, but, at the same time, it proposes a new vision of the city, environmentally sustainable and with spaces that balance privacy and community life.
