The plan is to renovate the existing building into a share house and build a new detached house in the south garden for residents and customers of the drink stand.
The detached house has a 5,060 mm square flat roof with a butt-shaped staircase seat underneath. It is accessed from the front road via an external walkway that has been converted from the existing interlocking.
