In an increasingly fragmented world, dominated by egocentrism, coming together and engaging in collective activities stands as an act of resistance. This project commences with a traditional house in Ericeira, reconfiguring its indoor and outdoor social areas to enrich family and social life. It facilitates activities such as hosting barbecues with friends, enabling remote work, and enjoying sunset views.
The photographic coverage aims to adhere to this principle – showcasing architecture as a stage for life, as a device – documenting the specific day of the construction’s completion. The day when the structure gradually transitioned from the foreground to the background.
