Building application submitted for residential tower in Leuven.
Sergison Bates submitted an application for planning permission for a new urban housing building comprising 44 new homes and associated ground floor commercial spaces as part of a wider redevelopment of the former Sint Pieter hospital in the centre of Leuven.
The proposed new courtyard building completes an urban block and encloses a communal garden within an open courtyard. An eleven-storey tower rises from a low-level base and overlooks a new public square and riverside park.
