The project tries to maintain the typology, the scale, and the proportion of the traditional European ‘villas’ using contemporary materials and building techniques. The H plan and the two patios articulate and organize the different functions of the program.

Our Plot 18 Health Centre, located within the second phase of the Aylesbury Masterplan continues to progress towards completion. The site is part of the wider Aylesbury Regeneration Area within the London Borough of Southwark. Outlined as the ‘neighbourhood centre’ for the new development area. Designed to support the local community, the South Block will accommodate a Health Centre and Early Years facility. It will be a standalone building of 4 storeys and will be a feature building on the square. The South Block Health Centre is split between two stakeholders; Guy’s St Thomas Trust Community Health and Aylesbury Medical Centre at Nexus Health Group. The Health Centre Clinical Space is divided between the Ground Floor Level, First Floor Level and Health Centre Staff, which are positioned on the Second Floor. The Early Years Nursery sits above on the Third Floor.
