Our North Crescent project for Stanhope PLC provides future facing, high-quality office space in Bloomsbury. Working with a listed building and locally significant building on site, North Crescent utilises carefully curated methods of modification, adaptation and extension to sensitively elevate the existing fabric with a sustainable methodology at its centre.
A sustainable design decision making process has been critical to ensure an exemplar project aligned with London Borough of Camden 2025 vision. Working closely with a pioneering project team including Heyne Tillett Steel, Eckersley O’Callaghan and Thornton Reynolds Ltd, critical elements of the project have been explored, tested and refined throughout the design process to ensure the proposal is truly reflective of the teams’ environmental ambitions.
