Property located between Avenida da Liberdade and Praça da Alegria served as a residence for the Keil family until the middle of the 20th century. Expanded in 1888 as a residential building. Acquired in 2007 by EastBanc, it is going to be refurbished, contributing to the requalification of Avenida da Liberdade and Praça da Alegria.
