Residential building standing eaves in a late medieval old town (listed protection). Mostly closed construction from urban farms from the early 19th century. A passage that was previously used for cattle and carts is again the main entrance for residents. Six new apartments are centrally accessible.
Since the bedrooms face the street, the small window axes of the early baroque facade can be taken up again. The spacious living rooms shape the facade on the courtyard side. In addition to the arbor protruding from the center of the facade, two dormers give the tiled roof area a rhythm. In front of the plastered facade, a new balcony layer slides onto the front level of the arbor and takes up the materiality of the new elements. Where once was presumably a small stable for cattle, a separate extension was created in the courtyard in the form of a small coach house, which will serve the office of the architect.
