There is an economic, repetitive and systematic logic for the design and construction of an industrialised module. The offices and laboratories built for Weatherford Co in Neuquén, are scattered between the existing trees thus leaving a clear central space for the parking lot and for the manoeuvre of utilitarian vehicles.
Building a system
The building has 20 self-supporting modules made in its totality in a workshop in Buenos Aires province and hauled over 1600 miles to the Southern province of Neuquén. Thanks to the industrialisation process, it took 60 days to build the 5300 ft2 covered and 10 days for on site assembly.
The modules are framed with standard H steel beams, enclosed by PIR composite panels, and standard roofing metal sheets folded in a diamond shape, all unified by using the same RAL colour. At sunset, the grey dvh glass panels show a view of the veneer interiors with an elm plywood finish.

La construcción de un sistema El proyecto y la construcción de un modulo industrialiazado lleva en si mismo lógicas de economía, repetición y sistematización. Las oficinas y laboratorios para Weatherford en Neuquen, intentan desplegarse en el terreno entre las líneas de arboles existentes, dejando un claro central para estacionamiento y maniobra de vehículos utilitarios. El edificio se compone de 20 modulos autoportantes realizados completamente en taller en la provincia de Buenos Aires y trasladados mas de 1000km. hacia el sur, a la ciudad de Neuquen. La industrialización optimizo a 60 dias los tiempos de obra de los 500m2 cubiertos y a 10 dias de montaje en la implantación definitiva. Los modulos se conforman de estructura de perfiles normalizados IPN, paneles compuestos de PIR, y cubiertas de chapa portante plegada en forma de diamante. Un mismo color de RAL unifica estructura, uniones y paneleria. En el atardecer los paños vidriados de vidrio dvh en tono gris a tope, permiten ver los interiores totalmente realizados en multilaminado encahapado en alamo claro.
