The building comprises three residential units across multiple storeys to create a complex whole. This interlocking pattern means that each unit enjoys maximum privacy and a private acces to the park-like surroundings. The project replaces an outdated family home and proposes a specific typology as a solution for denser building in neighborhoods of single-family homes.
