In 2014 Atelier Kempe Thill received the commission for the realisation of sixteen town houses in the city centre of Arnhem, close to the neighbourhood-park Thialf.
The high-density-housing complex is organized in 4 strips along green, semi- private streets. All houses have a private patio towards the south. The two-floor-high living space opens towards the patio with generous sliding windows, that create a spacious atmosphere and allow daylight to enter deeply into the houses.
Light grey brick facades and garden walls in combination with anodized bronze aluminium windows create a discreet and noble appearance on the outside.
