Concrete boxes stacked on 32 floors form it. Each box is rotated to provide the best possible view and create outdoor terraces for each apartment.

At the base of the building there are a series of steps that form a plaza open to the public that activates commercials which allow the circulation of the public by connecting it also to the vestibules of the building. In the area of terraced terraces there is an integrated training pool, which offers residents a place to relax overlooking the city.

Each floor has terraces on the north and south facades, which not only allow the view of the entire city, but also offer the opportunity for cross ventilation and a sense of visual freedom.
