The building is designed as a vertical city and creates a silhouette of horizontal lines with extensively protruding ceiling plates that offer both acoustic and solar insulation. The deliberately transparent façade surfaces with a mullion and transom design accommodate alternative uses in line with sustainability. The 4 lowest floors constitute an open garage with an all-round ramp.
