New images released as the architectural practice Herzog & de Meuron has completed the design and planning approval stage for the extension of the MKM Museum Küppersmühle. Construction is set to commence in September and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2018. The expansion of the exhibition space by approx. 2,500 sq.m. will allow masterpieces from the collection to be presented on a far grander scale.
