Infrastructural development will open up the area both locally and translocally with new influ- ences and users. Our strategy is to give oppor- tunities to local elements and let them welcome the translocal forces, to avoid tensions between the two.

Our aim is that the area will develop its own identity and culture simultaneously as the con- struction grows.We achieve this by starting now!
We state that the answer is not to wait for the train and the new development to be finished. We do not just want to hand in a complete plan for a future city, we want to start building
straight away in order to create a foundation for the new developments to grow from.
Five Temporary structures are placed on strategic places throughout the area.They are both con- nected to what will be built and what is already there.Their purpose is to bring life to the area
from inside and serve as an inspiration for how and what to develop.All of the structures ad- dress the people who live, work and spend time on site today as well as the people in both Lund and the larger region.The area is for everyone to share, so everyone should have a chance to be a part of the development.
This provides a solution that benefits both the municipality and private interests.The people, organisations and companys that use the area will get a free set of tools to improve it, while the city government gets a chance to respond to the commercial and cultural opportunities that emerge in the process.
