An integrated introduction of the idea about a sign within a space, which establishes information on all levels of perception: as well on the level of the city parterre as in its broader city context/the city silhouette. The spatial “sign” creates a legible three-dimensional image, which on the street level is defined by the lower part of the “base” for the vertical element of the “tower”.
