On June 19th 2013, the board of EPADESA, public firm in charge of the development of La Défense, approved an exclusive agreement between the group Hines/AG Real Estate/Gecina accompanied by Ateliers Jean Nouvel, for the study and the execution of the project Hekla on the site of “La Rose de Cherbourg”. Situated in the heart of an important operation of requalification of an urban sector in Puteaux-La Défense, this project consists in the construction of a high-rise office building of 80 000 square meters and a set of student residences of 10 000 square meters.
