An existing house dating 1936. surprising by her size much superior to the houses of the neighborhood. A house of the entire envelope have to be redone because the thermal decreases are very too important. The owner finding her house too big and wishing to rent a part of it. A mission : to re-configure the inside of the house and to re-think the entire architectural expression.
