From the beginning of his career, Masats was deeply involved in the movements that sought to renew photographic language. He published groundbreaking books that quickly became cult references and fulfilled his lifelong ambition: to establish himself as a professional photographer while working with the most prestigious journals and magazines of his time, those that championed the visual image as a narrative form.
