The Thatched Brick Pavilion, a home in thatched brick blocks which combines conventional and biobased materials and deliver a rational building system which can realistically meet the requirements for insulation, strength and fire, is now open to the public on Søren Kirkegaards Plads in Copenhagen. The pavilion is part of VILLUM FONDEN and Realdania’s initiative 4 to 1 Planet which focuses on creating buildings with a low carbon footprint.
