Dorfschüür transformation into cultural center . Würenlingen
Located in the historic core of the village Würenlingen in Kanton Aargau and inhabitated throughout decades by farmers, the old „Dorfschüür“ appropriates a new public use.
The farmhouse from 1783 with late baroque appearance is a valuable witness to the rural building culture.
Its combination of a three-storey housing unit connected to a spacious double barn is very peculiar and is considered a rarity beyond the region. Continue reading Schmidlin Architekten
