The extension offers an architectural solution maximizing the link between the living rooms and the garden. The project includes the development of a dining room and a kitchen. These functions are organized around a patio to naturally light the rooms within the projected volume. It also creates visual relationships between old and new, and a stronger relationship with the outdoors. The project is located at the entrance to the village of Hamois along the Chaussée de Liège. Descending towards the bottom of the valley, the N97 offers the traveller a landscape that is typical of the Condroz, where ridges and depressions alternate.
