Tini®/ tinyhome.es is prefabricated modules made in Spain in 60 days and transported to any location. Each model comes ready-to-use and is fully furnished.
This featured tini® was a small room for contemplation of the outstanding view of the Spanish pastureland. A place to have a good wine and disconnect from modern live.
The expressive natural steel facade and structure, completely raw, connects with the landscape as a rock that has always been there.
This exterior roughness contrasts with the warm interior, ceiling and walls wrapped with poplar OSB and natural oak floor. The window frames in “moss green” gives a joyful and colorful yet elegant touch.
Every tini® is insulated with 14cm of recycled cotton plus a continuous reflective thermal insulation layer.
The result is a very warm space, a shelter that is completely connected to the surroundings.

Tini®/ tinyhome.es son construcciones insdustrializadas y modulares hechas en 60 días 100% en España. Son transportadas donde quieras y llegan completamente terminadas y equipadas, listas para su funcionamiento. Este módulo tini® es una pequeña sala situada en una finca ecuestre. Un lugar acogedor desde donde contemplar las magníficas vistas con un buen vino y desconectar. La escultórica fachada de acero negro y la estructura, también metálica, conecta con el paisaje como si fuera una roca que siempre estuvo ahí. Este exterior masivo contrasta con el interior, muy cálido y dorado, hecho con madera de OSB de chopo en techo y paredes, y suelo de roble natural. El toque de color lo dan las carpinterías, de color verde oscuro. Un toque elegante en armonía con el conjunto. Todas las tini® están aisladas con 14cm de aislamiento de algodón reciclado, al que se añade un aislamiento continuo de aislamiento reflexivo. El resultado es un espacio muy cálido, un refugio completamente conectado con su entorno.

This featured tini® is a refuge in the middle of the typical landscape from Madrid. Embraced and protected by the huge Holm Oak tree, it was installed so there was no impact to the environment looking as if it has always been there.
Following this idea, the corten steel facade, in semi oxidation process perfectly matches with the surroundings and blends with the shadows casted by the tree’s branches and the movement of the rock roses.
This rough exterior contrasts with the great warmness of the interior, totally wrapped with birch wood and natural oak flooring.
This tini® has a birch wood kitchen with corian top and sink, equipped with stove top, extractor hood and integrated fridge. It also includes a complete bathroom.

Este módulo tini® es un refugio en mitad de un paisaje típico del norte de Madrid. Protegida y abrazada por una gran encina, se colocó de tal manera que el impacto fuera cero y pareciese que siempre estuvo allí. En esta misma linea la fachada de acero corten, en proceso de semioxidación se mimetiza con su entorno y funde con las sombras que generan las ramas de lo árboles y el movimiento de las jaras. Este rudo exterior contrasta con la gran calidez del interior, forrado complemtanete de madera de abedul y suelo de roble. Esta tini® tiene cocina con frente de abedul y encimera de corian, totalmente equipada con fregadero, vitrocerámica, campana extractora y nevera panelada. También tiene baño completo.
