The theme deals with the transformation of an old warehouse into an Osteria, where the pleasure of wine is accompanied by refined and constantly evolving cuisine.
The project seeks to establish a relationship between architecture and the search for a constant review of the use of materials.
This approach reflects the owners’ strong will to transform traditional local cuisine into something different.
Few elements, free spaces, flexibility are the prerogative for the interiors.
The interiors contrast the use of precious materials such as marble and wood with less refined and industrial ones such as concrete, plaster and metal.
The color used for the upper part of the walls and for the ceiling create an almost mysterious atmosphere and recalls the color of wine as a fundamental symbol.
